A gentle space to feel supported, connected, and confident in early motherhood
The Nurture Neuroscience Māmā & Me Circle is a ten‑week, in‑person postpartum course.
A warm, nurturing space where you can:
Deepen your connection with your baby

Learn simple, science‑backed ways to support lifelong wellbeing for both of you
This is a place to slow down, ask the real questions, and feel held — alongside your baby and a small group of other mums.
This course is grounded in nurture neuroscience and responsive, relationship‑based care — supporting both your baby’s developing brain and your own wellbeing.

Each 90-minute gathering is gently structured and intentionally slow.
You can expect:

FAQs
Can I do this even if this isn't my first baby?
Absolutely! Each time you go through the transition of motherhood, you will experience a shift.
These circles will help you gain a greater understanding of how you have worked through each shift with a compassionate lens.
When should I book?
We highly recommend booking your spot in our Christchurch Postnatal course as soon as you are able to.

These sessions are held at Te Ara Sophia in St Martins. Here we have a warm, cosy, carpeted space - perfect for babes and Māmās.
